At the request of Extravaganza, we held a team-building workshop for the Quality and Environment departments of Desigual. The participants were divided in four groups, and each participant received a separate production kit that contained the pieces of one specific part of the whole element and detailed assembling instructions. The main tasks were: assemble individually the assigned part according to the instructions; assemble as a group the final object using the prepared parts and prepare a 5 min presentation. The object assembled was the Rotator, a movable doll made out of reused materials designed by Transfodesign.
