Architectural model building workshop

Join us for a fun and creative after-school workshop where children and young people explore the world of architecture through play, imagination, and hands-on making. In this workshop, participants will design and build their own architectural models using paper, cardboard, and recycled materials. Step by step, they will learn how to work with simple tools, create pop-up structures, draw basic plans, and transform ideas into three-dimensional spaces. Through playful challenges and collaborative activities, we will explore questions such as: What do architects do? How are cities, houses, and spaces imagined and built? Arquiniñ@s is a social-educational project that brings architecture closer to children and young people in an accessible and inspiring way. The workshop encourages creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, and spatial awareness, using architecture as a tool to strengthen social and emotional skills and to help participants look at their everyday environment with new eyes.
